Training url not displaying due to incorrect externalId (frontend)

In order to view the url link, the frontend sends the externalId, which is the identifier number for the backend to make the vendor API request ✅. Example > https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/browserker/-/security/vulnerabilities/13854338
