Problem to solve

A customer reported (ZD link - internal only)that importing issues from a CSV file seemed to fail silently. They later saw that an email had been sent about the failure but some sort of message in the UI would probably be more user-friendly.

The user should be notified in the UI upon import failure. It would also be useful if the failure included an error message that explains why it failed.
