Auditors cannot see group CI/CD (Runners)

Problem to solve

Auditor cannot see CI/CD (or CI/CD Runners) in left nav.

Per our docs

Auditor users are able to have ... read-only access to all other resources, except the Admin Area [and Settings].

Expected behaviour

Auditor has access to view CI/CD and CI/CD > Runners but not make any changes.
