Update assignee changed email text to be more readable
Issue
Modifying the Reviewers field of an MR produces an email notification showing the changes with the following format:

'Reviewer changed to %{new}'
, or 'Reviewer changed from %{old} to %{new}'
In the second case, if the number of reviewers is large, both lists on a single line can prove hard to read and parse the differences.
Proposal
Change the wording like the following example:
List of 5 assignees, one is removed:
@user1
was removed as assignee
Instead of:
Assignees changed from
@user1
,@user2
,@user3
,@user4
,@user5
to@user2
,@user3
,@user4
,@user5
