Update indentation of metric yamls

Issue

In !80770 (merged), we added a job that lints the metric YAMLs, but we disabled the indentation rule as there are some inconsistencies that are not yet resolved.

In a followup, we should clean up the inconsistencies, then we can add the metrics yamls to the other yamllint CI job and have them all checked at the same time.
