To move forward the Category:DORA Metrics maturity, the groupoptimize needs an in-depth understanding of the VSA & DORA features and validate their functionality.

Our goal is to measure DORA Metrics Time to restore service and Change Failure Rate with production environment.

2. Encourage the team to build more robust features.

Propose solution

1. Add a DORA metric configuration object to measured www-gitlab-com DORA from gitlab-com/gl-infra/production.
