Incorrect suggestion of project group name

What's going on - I'm trying to create new group name on gitlab.com SaaS.

The issue is repeatable with different project group names.

I use Chrome

Expected behaviour: the project group name is suggested once and it doesn't flicker.

Availability and Testing

• There doesn't appear to be a frontend spec for app/assets/javascripts/group.js. It may be beneficial to add one to help catch future regressions for the updateGroupPathSlug function.
• If any changes need to be made to the Group URL field specifically, please run package-and-qa as we use this field for group fabrication in E2E tests.
