Code Search results in zoomed view in Safari browser does not allign correctly
Summary
Customer reported when using to view code search results using Safari browser, and zooming in one point above default size shows the code lines misaligned.
This only happens at that zoom state.
This was reproduced on gitlab.com using Safari Version 15.2 (17612.3.6.1.6)
and has not tested other versions.
Steps to reproduce
- Open gitlab.com on the Safari browser
- Got to a project and searched for something
- Open Code view and zoom in just one point; use command +
Example Project
Any project can be used.
What is the current bug behavior?
Code lines are misaligned from the left justification when zoomed in.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Code lines are to left justification when zoomed in.
Relevant logs and/or screenshots
I did some digging, and it might be related to the fractional font size. The alignment is restored if you remove or change the value to an integer value.
