An option to close issues on approval of merge request similar to deletion of issue branches.

Proposal

Add one more check box to close issues when merge request is accepted like delete source branch while creating merge request.

Problem

• Right now, issue is getting closed automatically once merge request is approved but sometimes, we need to create more than one merge request for the same issue. so every time, it is difficult to re-open the issue.
• if can you add a check box similar to the one we have for delete source branch, then it will be much useful for both the developers and code reviewers.
