GitLab Managed Application uninstall error: incompatible versions client[v2.15.1] server[v2.14.3]

Summary

I just experienced an error attempting to uninstall an ingress gitlab managed application on gitlab.com. Helm is complaining about an incompatible client version, likely due to our recent upgrade

Steps to reproduce

Try to uninstall an ingress application that was installed with a previous gitlab version

Cannot uninstall ingress

ingress should be uninstallable
