we are seeing a strange behavior in one of our projects where the init-permissions container fails to start due to image pull secrets.

we have tested with other projects and ran pipelines in the same cluster and node, and the issue does not occur there.

the imagepullsecret secret is correct, and the runners are limited to one namespace.

as you can see from the above screenshot, the image tags are identical.

this is currently blocking us from deploying additional instances.

running the gitlab runners is not an option due to network acls applied to external resources
