[docs-only] Announce "Show paths to dependencies" MVC completion in release post

Release notes

In the "Evidence" area of a vulnerability detail page, you can now view the vulnerable package, introduced package, and shortest dependency path for findings identified in your project by Dependency Scanning. This will help you triage the finding and decide your next actions.

Proposal

As we released multiple small steps each month, we did not announced them in the release post.

This issue is a placholder to add a release post item once the MVC is completed. See the Epic for more details.
