Auditor cannot see Project On-demand scans

Problem to solve

Auditor cannot see Security & Compliance > On-demand scans in left nav for projects.

Per our docs

Auditor users are able to have ... read-only access to all other resources, except the Admin Area [and Settings].

Expected behaviour

Auditor has view-only access to Security & Compliance > On-demand scans in left nav. Should not be able to "Run" scans or edit them.
