Support Grouped Environments in Environment Dashboard

This issue is for discussing adding grouped environments to the environment dashboard.

These were part of the original issue, but were removed.

In order to iterate on the dashboard, we will first deliver the feature without support of grouped environments, and follow up with showing them , if we see there is in an interest in it

Examples of grouped environments:

  • Review apps are in a review folder, and so will be appear grouped together in a single card in the Environment Dashboard.

  • you can have a folder name with anything you like though. You could also have environments with names like staging/staging-1, staging/staging-2, etc, and these would all appear grouped in a folder called staging on the environment dashboard as well.
