MR diffs highlight overlaps with unchanged text

Noticed on .com in this MR gitaly!4422 (merged)

The darker green/red overlaps a little with the underlying text, chopping off part of the "m". I think I'd expect this highlight to be a few pixels to the right.

I'm on Linux & Firefox.
