Minimal Access role missing from Invite Members dialogue box

Summary

The Minimal Access role is missing from the modal dialogue box that appears when you click Invite Users from the Group Members page.

This is a change from before the recent redesign. Before the redesign (when Invite Users was embedded on the Group Members page) you could choose Minimal Access as one of the roles, but this option is not available in the new dialogue box.

Note that you can still change someone's access to Minimal Access on the Group Members page after the user has been invited. This has been my workaround.

Steps to reproduce

1. As Owner of a group, navigate to the group page
2. Project Information > Members (gets you to the Group Members page)
3. Click Invite Members (brings up the Invite Members modal dialogue box)
4. Try to find Minimal Access in the drop down list beneath the label "select a role"

What is the current bug behavior?

Minimal Access is not in the "select a role" drop-down list.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Minimal Access should be an option in the "select a role" drop-down list.
