No Ubuntu Package on 19.04 or 19.10

According to the documentation

We provide packages for the currently supported versions of Debian, Ubuntu, Mint, RHEL, Fedora, and CentOS.

However the only 2 Ubuntu packages are bionic (18.04) and xenial (16.04)

It would be preferable for there to be 19.04 (Disco Dingo) and 19.10 (Eoan Ermine) packages for those of use using the most recent versions of the OS.
