Download security artifacts from Ci Job page
Problem to solve
On CI Job page we don't have an option to download generated security artifact. This option was available before but it disappeared. It will be nice to have this option back. It's very useful. Also, we're explicitly saying to users that such artifact exists and it's uploaded:
