Issues in sub group boards have the incorrect link

Summary

When using group level boards in sub groups issue links do not take the sub group into account.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to: https://gitlab.com/groups/Project-FiFo/DalmatinerDB/boards
• Look at the link of any of the issues.
• it shows (for example) gitlab.com/DalmatinerDB/dalmatinerdb/issues/116 but it should be gitlab.com/Project-FiFo/DalmatinerDB/dalmatinerdb/issues/116

What is the current bug behavior?

The link only uses the SubGroup in the URL.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The link correctly consists of super and subgroups.
