Confluence group level integration does not show up in sidebar

Summary

The Confluence Workspace integration replaces the Wiki sidebar tab with a Confluence tab. But when confluence is configured as a group level integration, it does not appear on the project sidebar

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a project in a group
2. On the group, go to Settings -> Integrations
3. Click Confluence Workspace
4. Enter https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AC
5. Click the Active checkbox
6. Click Save changes
7. Go to the project page
8. Expand the Plan menu on the sidebar
9. Observe that the menu has a Wiki tab but no Confluence tab
10. On the project go to Settings -> Integrations
11. Click Confluence Workspace
12. Choose Use custom settings
13. Click Save changes
14. Observe that the Plan menu on the sidebar now has the Confluence tab but no Wiki tab anymore
