  I wonder if this metric is accurate. I looked at app/models/issue/metrics.rb and I see there could be multiple problems with this.

  1. This only accounts for label lists. In EE, we have assignee lists and milestone lists.
  2. This only tracks the event if the label was added after the list is created. But a list could be added to a board and all issues with that label are automatically added.
  3. A board could have a scope (basically an extra filter). So I could have this label list on a scoped board but an issue isn't actually added to this board even if it has the label if it doesn't match the scope.
