Add ability to filter members by enterprise users to GraphQL API

Follow-up to #350400 (closed)

We added the ability to filter group members by Enterprise users (Enterprise badge) to the UX. For parity we should also add the ability to the GraphQL API.

Availability and Testing

• Adding unit and integration tests should suffice for this change. No E2E test needed at this time.
