Ensure we pass correlation ID through from gitlab-elasticsearch-indexer to Gitaly

As per #35520 (comment 239591806) we should ensure that correlation IDs are being passed through.

I can see that labkit is already a dependency so will just need to figure out what (if anything) else needs to be done to wire things up correctly.
