Description

In #355923 (closed) we finished the core client-side filesystem implementation.

OverlayFS allows us to support things like detecting renames.

Some of this work has already been spiked upon in Replacing current fs with BrowserFS.OverlayFS (gitlab-web-ide!18 - merged)
