Create Sentry Project from GitLab UI
Problem to solve
Sentry has an API for creating projects. If the Sentry API key is set up at the group-level in GitLab, we have the opportunity to enable one-click Sentry project creation from within GitLab, using the GitLab project title and slug as the request parameters.
This would save users time during during integration of Sentry and GitLab and continue to drive more traffic through GitLab instead of requiring people to switch to Sentry.

Proposal
Enable users to create a new Sentry project from the GitLab UI. We could add this to the UI on the set-up page. There is an API to create a project. This could be minimal (only enable creation of project, setting of name) or a more complex workflow where users can create the project, name it, select a language SDK, assign a team).
