MVC of Code Scanner for Storybook Components

Problem

Right now it is hard to see a report of the number of Storybook Components in the codebase. See problem statement in the related issue.

We need to prove out the data we could see before we put it fully into the product.

Proposal

What is the smallest thing we can do to test this concept in one release?
