Problem to solve
Currently users are unable to remove a mirror from a project using the api, they can disable it, but being able to remove them will make readability and searching mirrors easier.

Implement an endpoint to delete mirrors of projets
Further details
On programatic cases where some projects might need to have its mirrors managed by a script, it will make readability of the mirrors in the web interface easier.
