Auditor cannot view Repository analytics at group level

Problem to solve

Auditor cannot see Analytics > Repository in left nav at group level. Note: this is not an issue at the project level

Per our docs

Auditor users are able to have ... read-only access to all other resources, except the Admin Area [and Settings].
