Upload Offline Service Usage Data - Docs update to callout security of process

Summary

In &7388 (closed) we've introduced a feature to allow users to upload Service Ping data via a manual process.

Some customers have commented that since there isn't an authentication step during the upload process, the process must not be secure and vulnerable for attack/stealing.

We should update our docs and the upload landing page with some information about how the transmission is secure (SSL, encryption, etc).
