job log "scroll to bottom" is broken

Button to "scroll to bottom" does not seem clickable at first. When scrolling a bit down then it becomes clickable.

Perhaps it's due to some overlapping element?

Steps to reproduce

load a job page and (without scrolling down) try to click the button

button not clickable and cursor is not pointer

What is the expected correct behavior?

clickable button and cursor is pointer
