Consultancy form does not provide success/fail feedback (user is left wondering if it worked)

Description

On the consultancy request form (https://about.gitlab.com/consultancy/#consultancy-form), after the form is filled out and submitted, there is no feedback concerning whether it went through okay (no success or failure feedback to the user), hence the user is left to wonder if it worked.

In addition, there is no "we got it" email even though the form requests an email from the user.

Proposal

Send an email to the user when the form succeeds saying, essentially, "we got it and we will be contacting you soon".

In addition, do the same on the web page containing the form.
