BitBucket Importer should import friendly name for project

Proposal

Currently, the Bitbucket importer only allows importing projects with their URL slug (see #354793), which makes it so their friendly name (e.g. "Example Project") is lost. We can, of course, manually transfer over the friendly name and it's not a huge deal, but it does defeat part of the point of import, especially when importing projects. The GitLab Project Name should be transferred from the Bitbucket project name, if possible.
