Remove conflicting statements from the default CI template

Problem

The pipeline editor comes prefilled with this template that should run without any modifications. The template was designed this way on purpose, to make it easy to run your first demo pipeline. However, on top of it we added a comment that conflicts that message and says that the template needs to be modified. See the two comment blocks above the template content. The top block was appended to the template automatically and it conflicts with how the template should actually be used.
