Inconsistent margins on Project Details page

There are a couple of very different margins on the project details page, leading to a very inconsistent and broken design. We can make this look more consistent by making the following changes:

  1. Increase margin for nav-block from 10px 0 to 16px 0
  2. Shrink margin-bottom for .info-well from 16px to 8px
  3. Shrink margin-right for .nav-item from 16px to 8px
  4. Shrink margin-top for .nav-item a from 16px to 8px
  5. Remove whitespaces between .tree-controls a items and adding margin-left: 8px instead
