Group Import history - Sort the table by column headers

Problem to solve

The table on the Group Import history page is currently sorted by Date ascending and there is no ability for the user change the sort criteria.

This makes it hard for the users to find only failed imports, or only imports from a particular group or subgroup.

Proposed solution

To make it easy for the users to find the data they are looking for, we should allow them to sort this table by any of the columns ascending or descending.
