Auditor cannot view value stream analytics in groups

Problem to solve

Auditor cannot see Value stream Analytics at group level. Note: This is not a problem at the project level

Per our docs

Auditor users are able to have ... read-only access to all other resources, except the Admin Area [and Settings].

Expected behaviour

Auditor has access to view Analytics > Value stream in groups.
