Evidence collection for releases: make data available to the frontend

The last backend MR for #26019 (closed) (!17335 (merged)) made the new serializers, etc., but has not exposed them in the releases object returned from the API in app/assets/javascripts/releases/list/components/app.vue.

This is blocking !18874 (merged)
