Allow to archive group

Proposal

It'd be great to allow to archive groups. Now it's only available to archive projects in groups, that makes them basically invisible in the group, but I cannot "hide" the group on the list.

Sometimes I abandon the service that was build from multiple repository projects, but the group is left. The only way would be to leave or remove the group, but then I lose the code, that's not a solution.
