Sidekiq warning: Job arguments to *Worker do not serialize to JSON safely

Summary

After updating my self-hosted GitLab instance from 14.7.1 to 14.8.2, I'm seeing messages like this a few times an hour in /var/log/gitlab/gitlab-rails/sidekiq_client.log:

Job arguments to FileHookWorker do not serialize to JSON safely. This will raise an error in

by calling `Sidekiq.strict_args!` during Sidekiq initialization.

What is the current bug behavior?

AFAIK this isn't immediately causing problems, just logging a warning.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Not logging this warning. Just wanted to make sure the GitLab developers were aware of this issue, since it will eventually become an error.
