Issue boards not sync on other tabs when one of them changes state.

Steps to reproduce

• open two issue board on two tabs.
• add a issue or drag issue on one of tabs.

What is the current bug behavior?

The another tab remain old state, need to refresh to see new update.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The another should sync it state base on changed one without refresh.
