Cannot backfill the search box after refreshing the `Container Registry` page

Summary

If we fill in the search box on the container registry and refresh this page. The filter condition does not fill back into the search box.

Steps to reproduce

Example: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/container_registry/

  1. Go to the Container Registry list page.
  2. Input assets in the search box and click the search button.
  3. Refresh this page.
