Allow editing of connected user identities for SAML SSO

Problem
We'd like to allow for the removal of user identities associated with group SAML SSO in #35308 (closed).
While exposing the identity of connected users and introducing the ability to remove an identity is helpful for configuration and troubleshooting, introducing the ability to edit identities would make troubleshooting SAML issues caused by an incorrect extern_uid easier. Instead of requiring the removal of the identity and the user to SSO back in or create a new group managed account, a group Owner would be able to simply edit the identity.
Proposal
Introduce an "Edit" button next to each displayed identity:
Clicking the "Edit" button should allow a user to edit the associated extern_uid with each row.
