Ukrainian translation for string "This is a Work in Progress" is not rendered correctly

Summary

At least in one place the translated string is not rendered as provided by translation team in Crowdin.

This is a Work in Progress should be translated into Ukrainian as Це є "В процесі" however in the UI it's displayed as Це є \"В процесі\" (note the redundant backslash characters).

This may indicate more general problem with quote characters (") not being rendered correctly in translated strings.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new merge request with prefix "WIP:" in its title and observe incorrect string being rendered.

What is the current bug behavior?

The string is rendered as Це є \"В процесі\".

What is the expected correct behavior?

The string should be rendered as Це є "В процесі".
