Proposal

My team is converging on the exact deliverable required to support a Milestone, but the Gitlab Milestone utility has no Comment feature as it does for Issues and Merge Requests. Also, e-mail notifications are not sent as the Milestone description is being edited. These would be useful features for us as we organize and launch the Project.
