Add Latest Scan field to the drawer for Scan Execution policies

  • backend update Project.scanExecutionPolicies graphql request to have the latest scan information
  • frontend update Latest Scan section in ee/app/assets/javascripts/threat_monitoring/components/policy_drawer/scan_execution_policy.vue to match designs
