Problem to solve
As part of the UX scorecard for review apps, I wanted confirmation that an MR made use of my review app, and changes were successfully deployed. When an MR that triggered a review app is merged, the review app disappears from the pipeline MR widget. Although merged code means that the changes were deployed, it'd be helpful and consistent if we still follow the connection between the review app and the deployment after merging.
