Add predefined iterations "previous" and "next" to "search or filter results"

Problem to solve

Having to explicitly set the iteration instead of just referring to it as "previous" or "next" and thus being able to reuse.

Proposal

Add predefined iterations previous and next to "search or filter results" for Issue Boards/Lists. This already exists for "current" iteration.
