HIghlight the ability to disable Auto DevOps banners in docs

As an administrator of a GitLab instance I'd like not to encourage my team members to use GitLab provided Auto DevOps scripts. Comment from a customer:

In the community edition, GitLab pushes auto-devops, prometheus integration, kubernetes integration, and a few other things a lot. Is it possible to turn off all of that so it doesn’t bug the end users, or even better, change it to push toward our own systems instead?
