usage quotas not working in gitlab ce 14.7.x
Summary
Unable to obtains the informations about a project size. This a regression, it was possible before we upgrade to 14.7.x version
Steps to reproduce
- Open any project on a Gitlab CE 14.7.x server
- Select 'Settings' 'Usage Quotas'

It is not reproductible on gitlab.com

The are no more any informations about the repository size, artifacts , etc

Informations about the repository size
