Group Wiki

Proposal

Similar to the wikis available in a project, add the ability to have a group scoped wiki.

This would be useful for project agnostic documentation, such as company style guides, workstation setup instructions, etc.

At the moment I'm working around this issue by creating a project within the group, but this harms the visibility of the wiki, especially as it gets buried by newer projects.
